Competition terms and conditions

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the terms of entry, Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these terms and conditions prevail.

​

3. Entry is free and open to all residents of Australia , except for committee members.

​

4. Food and native bouquet entries to be delivered to the Quorn Town Square between 10 am and 1.00pm on Saturday the 24th of October

​

5. Printed entry forms will be available at the town square during drop off time.

​

6. Entries must be submitted with disposable packaging as they become the property of the festival and will not be returned

​

7. Details and sections are as follows

​

A. Quandong Pie: must have a home-made pastry base, a sweet filling with at least 90% of the fruit being Quandong, and be 18 to 24 cm in size. Topping is the entrants choice.

​

B. Quandong Jam must be placed in a glass jar with a lid.

​

C. Quandong Chutney must be placed in a glass jar with a lid.

​

D. Bouquet of all natural Native Flora contain 90% of plants native to the region.

​

8. Up to 3 entries permitted per person per section.

​

Judging and notification of winner

​

9. The judges decision is final and the winners will be announce at 4.00 pm

Terms and conditions-Kids Colouring Competition

​

1. Entry is open to children 12 years and under

​

2. The competition closes on sat 24th oct

​

3. Entry forms can be downloaded using the button on the bottom of the competitions section of the Quorn Quandong festival website. Printed copies available at  Flash As

4. Please deliver your completed entries to Flash As or Great northern Lodge 45 first st Quorn 5433

​

5. The Winner will be notified by phone or email
